Cats of the Zodiac 12 - Pisces

Tuesday, 20 February 2024 08:32

Time to splashdown into Pisces, the watery sign at the end of the zodiac. Aquarian enigma gives way to Piscean entropy. Pisces is the sign of dissolution, represented by the vast engulfing ocean. So we get mood swings as the tides of emotion push and pull, and unpredictable and wayward behaviour as the two fish of the sign try to swim in opposite directions at the same time.  (I hope you are impressed. I am learning from Stella.)

So Pisces cats are dreamy, needy, moody, restless and unreliable. They solicit for tummy rubs, then sink in the fangs when you indulge them. They stand in front of the catflap mewing piteously to go out, and then immediately stand outside the catflap mewing piteously to get in. On repeat. (TBF, they are not the only ones to do this, but it is their default mode.)

Masters of emotional blackmail, they are the best in the business at working the big eyes to get what they want. They don’t always know what that is, but they know they want it. Their superpower is being irresistibly adorable because they know that being irresistibly adorable is sometimes the only thing between them and the animal pound. And they will do absolutely anything for catnip.
